Ordering
By placing an order with Flightline Travel, you are accepting these Terms & Conditions. By using the website to buy products online, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
By completing and submitting an electronic order form, you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Please note that products will not be sent until we have authorization from your payment card issuer. We will not be liable if there is a delay, and we will not accept your order if payment is not authorized.

Cancelling an order before the product has been sent
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it before we send it (i.e. by the end of the same business day – 5pm Eastern Time). Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number and email. You will need to email us and give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order by 5pm on the same day you place the order. For orders placed after 5pm, the order must be cancelled by the opening of business the following day (including Saturdays and Sundays).
Our Warranty and Return Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with our products and each tote sold through Flightline Travel is guaranteed for 30 days. If the product is not functioning due to any design or material flaw, or for any reason excluding normal or excessive wear and tear, we will happily replace the product or return your payment within 30 days. There is no guarantee on the ‘interior products’ – i.e. the toothbrushes, eye masks, lip balms, travel socks, etc. If you are not completely satisfied with our products after receipt, contact us within 30 days for return of the payment price, which will be refunded when we receive your returned product (shipping will not be refunded and return shipping will not be reimbursed). This warranty protects only the original purchaser of the product.
Our Made in the USA Sunbrella Flightline Travel totes have an extended warranty. The Made in the USA Sunbrella Flightline Travel totes are made with extremely durable and stain resistant Sunbrella fabric. This warranty protects against those totes made with Sunbrella fabric becoming unserviceable due to color or strength loss of the fabric from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew and atmospheric chemicals until the end of the product’s life cycle. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Accident, improper care, negligence are excluded. Normal wear and tear is the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the bag over an extended period of time. There are a few factors that determine the end of “product life” (1) Fabric: Product fabric makes up 90% of most of our products. If the fabric is discolored, degraded, or deteriorated we may determine this to be the end of “product life” and if a major completed fails due to use (i.e. the zipper), it is also at the end of “product life.”
Basic care
We are proud of our products and sell only products of the highest quality to which we are confident to stand behind and affix our name. By taking care of your Flightline Travel product, you can extend the lifetime of your product.
Dirt and grime will eventually weaken our fabrics and cause them to wear. For cleaning, use a sponge with warm water and a non-detergent soap. To dry your bag, stuff it loosely with crumpled-up paper and hang it in the shade to dry. The preserve the integrity of the fabric coating of the inside of the bag, the interior should only be cleaned with a damp cloth (no Soap). It is essential that your product is completely dry before you store it.
Pricing and payment
Prices throughout the website are quoted in U.S. dollars, and payment can only be accepted in U. S. Dollars. Packing and delivery costs, if any, will be added to the total price of your purchase and will be clearly printed on your order form and in your order confirmation.
While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown on our website are currently available at the price shown, we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case. If products you have ordered are unavailable, you will be notified as soon as possible. The price you pay is the price of the products shown at the time you place your order, even if the price of the product has since changed.
Your payment card will be debited for your order at the time the order is placed. By submitting an online order with Flightline Travel through our website, you expressly agree not to request a ‘charge back’ of any fees or payments for said orders, and that no dispute with Flightline Travel will be raised with or adjudicated by the credit card company. Rather, you agree to contact Flightline Travel directly to resolve the issue or obtain a refund pursuant to the product guarantee. Where an offer mentions that an item is reduced in price, eg: half-price, the discount will be calculated at checkout before any postage or packaging charges are applied.
